The cut would begin at the eastern <br />boundary between the subject application and existin6 lease <br />C-081330, and proceed south-westerly. Following the boxcut, <br />subsequent strip pits would be accomplished with a <br />Marion 8050 55-yard buc{<et capacity dragline. As the plan <br />is currently presented, portions of existing lease C-08133 <br />and the subject application would be wined concurrently to <br />reduce excessive nonprcductive eeuipment movement and reco- <br />sitionin~. Zt is anticipated that mining will commence in <br />1981 and terminate in tye5. Figure 2 snows the orelimir._ry <br />mine sequence anticipated by Energy Fuels for coal lease <br />application C-26913. <br />I <br />i <br />Because coal lease application C-26913 would be a similar <br />expansion of Energy Pit Ik1 as lease application C-22644 <br />(with the exception of substituting the Marion 8050 dragline <br />i <br />for the Mario r. 7400 and 770 dragline) it is anticipated that <br />I <br />~ the mining and reclamation procedures would be similar for <br />both parcels.
