What drainage control measure s, surface and/or subsurface,
are planned to ensure that the water in the retention area
will not rise to the 7025 ft. elevation causing the berm to
act as a dam.
B Reclamation Plan:
1. More specific information as to the planting of the trees
and shrubs is required. Items include spacing of the
trees and shrubs, number of trees and shrubs, when the
trees and shrubs will be planted, where the trees and shrubs
will be obtained and how the trees and shrubs will be
protected.
2. What nitrogen fixing legume will be added to the seed
mixture?
3. Two inches of topsoil is insufficient and needs to be
increased to four to six inches.
4, Must be more specific as to the planting of the trees and
shrubs on the berm such as stated under 8.1.
Pikeview Quarry
A Reclamation Plan:
1. Trees and shrubs must also be added to the revegetation
program and should specifically state the type of trees and
shrubs used, where the trees and shrubs will be obtained,
