<br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Gail C. Allen and Millie J. Allen, 68075 County Rd 109, Genoa, Colorado, Phone: (719)763-2305 <br />has filed an application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit with <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd under the provisions ns of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as the <br />Broken Spear Pit, and is located in Section 7, Township 7 S, Range 54 W, 6th Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is June 2000, and the proposed date of completion Fall, 2020. <br />The proposed future use of the land is rangeland. <br />Additional information and the tentative decision date may be obtained from the Mined Land <br />Reclanration Division, 1313 Sherman St., Suite 215, Denver, CO 80203 (303) 866-3567, or at the <br />Lincoln County Clerk and Recorders Office; Lincoln County Courthouse, 718 3`d Avenue, Hugo, CO <br />8082 ] or the above-named applicant. A complete copy of the application is available at the above- <br />named County Clerk and Recorder's office or at the Division's office. <br />Comments concerning the application and exhibits must be in writing and must be received by the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 P.M. on May 6, 2000. <br />Please note thnt comments relater/ to noise, truck traffic, hours of operation, visual impacts, <br />ejjects on property vnlrres and other socinl or economic corrcerrrs nre issues not subject to this <br />Office's jurisdiction.
