Cattany <br />Oak Creek, CO 80467 Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />RE: First Quarter 2004 Discharge Monitoring Reports, CO-0034142 <br />Deaz Mr, Nettleton: <br />The Division received RAG Empire Corporation's Dischazge Monitoring Reports (DMRs), for first <br />quarter 2004, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0034142, <br />on May 3, 2004. RAG-EC provided an electronically generated DMR for first quarter 2004. <br />Only two outfalls dischazged during first quarter 2004; Outfalls 003A and 022A. None of the reported <br />pazameters were found to be outside of CPDS permit limits. CPDS WET Tests for Outfalls 003x and <br />022x were both within acceptable limits.
