Effluent Limitations <br />a) Discharge points 001, 008, 010 <br />Beginniag immediately and lasting through July 31, 1996 the <br />permittee is authorized to discharge within the limitations <br />specified below, from the following outfall serial numbers (see <br />Figures 1, 3 and 6): <br />001, sediment pond outfall to Johnson Gulch <br />008, sediment pond outfall to Ute Gulch <br />010, sediment pond outfall to Elk Gulch <br />Parameter <br />30-day avg, a/ Daily Max. c/ <br />Flow, MGD Report NA <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/1 35 70 <br />Total Iron, mg/1 3,5 7.0 <br />Total Dissolved Solids, mg/1 NA Report <br />Settleable Solids, ml/1 NA Report <br />For 008 and 010, pH (standard units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.0 c/. <br />l For 001 only, pH (standard units) shall remain between 6.5 and 9.5, during the <br />l months of June through September. The pH range of 6.5-9.0 s.u. shall apply at <br />all other times c/. <br />Oil and grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 c/ in any grab sample nor shall there <br />be a visible sheen f/. <br />b) Discharge points 012, 013, 014 <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through July 31, 1996 the <br />permittee is authorized to discharge within the limitations <br />specified below, from the following outfall serial numbers: <br />012, sediment pond outfall to Deer Gulch <br />013, sediment pond outfall to W.
