Re:•n!rces <br />This is in regard to an inspeotion of your property by representatives <br />of our Grand Junction Regulatory Unit on 14 September 1978. <br />During this inspection, you were informed that the U. S. Arlgy Corps of <br />Engineers has been charged with the reaponaibility to regulate the <br />discharge of dredged or fill ®aterial into waters oP the United States <br />under the Ciean Water Act sa amended (33 USC 1344). <br />Section 404 of the Aot .provides a Department of the Army Permit, he <br />required prior to the beginning of such work.
