PAGE 4 <br />DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL ~URCES • <br />S O U lH L Uf S I P 1 9 0 P FR Z/ f S, i n c. <br />EXHIBIT B --- 21INING PLAN <br />Limited Impact Operations Permit Southwest Properties, INc. <br />The twofold goal of our gravel mining operations will be to: <br />1. Crush 3" and 1" material for the Forest Lakes Subdivision <br />road system. <br />2. Enlarge our final sewage percolation pond as outlined on <br />Exhibit C. <br />Material will be mined with either front end loaders or hydraulic <br />excavator, from the edges of the pond, to a depth of about 10 feet <br />below ground level. This material will be crushed onsite, using <br />standard procedured and then stockpiled at another location for <br />Southwest Properties use and benefit. <br />Should any excess material be sold to an outside entity, it will <br />be taken from tze crushing site as it is crushed. <br />Extraction began in the yellow outlined area and has been moved <br />to the blue outlined area.
