Signed maps are provided. <br />2. Exhibit C displays marks indicating proposed location of monitoring holes. <br />3. All structures on site will be portable and/or temporary. Businesses offices will <br />remain at the current site at 651 Hwy 285 on the north side of Fairplay. <br />4. The maximum azea to be worked at any one time will be 15.8 acres for Phase <br />Five. <br />5. Fuel will not be stored on site. Equipment will be fueled directly from the <br />vendor's fuel truck. Process water from the concrete plant will be aggregate wash <br />water containing fines from material extracted from the site. <br />6. Gary Thompson of W W. Wheeler and Associates states the site is at least 4000 <br />feet outside the FEMA floodplain. <br />7. The correspondence from Lillian Whistle, consultant who performed public notice <br />for mineral rights, will be faxed to your office upon receipt.
