There will be no excavation or stockpiling of material <br />within 10' on either side of the power line, nor shall any excavation <br />or stockpiling outside of this 10' area cause a violation of <br />clearance, as determined by the National Electric Safety Code, or <br />cause ground Bluffing within 10' of the power line. <br />2. All equipment must maintain a minimum distance from <br />the power line so that no part of the equipment can be extended <br />within 10' of any conductor. <br />3.
