EfFluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than [he effective date of [his permit and lasting through March 31, 1999, the permittee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfalls 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 023, 024, 025, 026, 028 and 029. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations far EfFluent Limitations, Section l0. L 3, and State <br />Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, [he permitted discharge shall not contain effluent <br />parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified Flow linutation. <br />(a) Outfalls 001. 002 and 003 <br />PRIMARY LIMITATIONS <br />EfFluent Parameter Discharge Limitttions <br /> 30-Dav Ave 7-Dav Ave Daily Max <br />Flow, MGD Report N/A Report <br />Total Suspended Solids, mg/P 35 N/A 70 <br />Total Iron, mg/P 3.5 N/A 7.0 <br />Settleable Solids, mP/f N/A N/A 0.5 <br />pH, s.u.
