EfFluent Limitations <br />Beginning no later than [he effective date of [his permit and lasting through March 31, 1999, the permittee is authorized to <br />discharge from outfalls 001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 023, 024, 025, 026, 028 and 029. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations far EfFluent Limitations, Section l0.
