.~~~ THIS DEED, made this ~_T' day of February, 1978, by and between GOSSARD, ZNC., an Indiana corporation, herein- after called "Grantor", and COLOh'YO COAL COMPANY, a Delaware general partnership, hereinafter called "Grantee".
