Jc ~ <br />c,,~,o ~`,~ L.,;: ~ 9 <br />e°~f,. `` a; ,` <br />,ra1..Ln'aY,:~~. <br />1 ~1,~ <br />Bond Accepted <br />Record Title Assignment Approved <br />On January 14, 1993, Colowyo Coal Company filed a request for approval of an assignment of <br />federal coal lease C-29226 from Reserve Coal Properties Company. <br />As a condition for assignment approval, Colowyo Coal Company filed Bond No. 259607, in the <br />amount of $10,000 and having Colowyo Coal Company as principal and Seaboard Surety <br />Company (Janice Fennell, Attorney-in-Fact, c% Sedgwick James of Tennessee, Inc., <br />P.O. Box 19810, Knoxville, Tennessee 37939-2819) as surety. The bond has been examined and <br />found satisfactory. As only an acceptable $6,000 lease bond was required for assignment, the <br />bond is hereby accepted. <br />The assignment is subject to the reservation by Reserve Properties Coal Company of an <br />overriding production royalty of 3 percent on the value of the coal produced from the lease. The <br />reservation does not exceed 50 percent of the royalty fu•st payable to the United States and is in <br />compliance with 43 CFR 3473.3-2(d). The assignment is approved effective Mazch 1. 1993. as <br />requested by the assignee in its letter of Mazch 18. <br />
