CO-00045161; Fourth Quarter 2002 DMR <br />The 4`h Quarter 2002 DMR reports were reviewed. Report entries are consistent with observations <br />taken during CDMG inspection of November 19, 2002. <br />Outfa11001 A (Streeter Pond). This pond was reported as having dischazged. Parameters are reported <br />as within allowable primary limits. This pond was dischazging at the rate of 0.005 cfs at the time of <br />the November 19, 2002 inspection by the Division. <br />Outfa11002A (Facilities Area Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no <br />dischazge at the time of on-site inspection by the Division. <br />Outfall 003A (Loadout Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no <br />discharge at the time of on-site inspection by the Division. <br />Outfall 004A (Gulch A Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no <br />discharge at the time of on-site inspection by the Division. <br />Outfall OOSA (Stoker Coal Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no <br />discharge at the time of on-site inspection by the Division. <br />Outfall 006A (Rail Loop Pond). The pond was reported as having no dischazge. There was no <br />dischazge at the time of on-site inspection by the Division. <br />Outfall 007A (Prospect Pond). This pond was reported as having no dischazge. There was no <br />discharge at the time of on-site inspection by the Division. <br />Outfall 008A (West Pit Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no <br />discharge at the time of on-site inspection by the Division. <br />Outfa11009A (Section 16 Pond). This pond was reported as having no dischazge. This pond was not <br />checked during the November 19, 2002 inspection. <br />Outfall 010 A (Taylor Creek Pond). This pond was reported as having no discharge. There was no <br />discharge at the time of on-site inspection by the Division. <br />Compliance with rules: <br />4.05.1(3) In no case shall Federal and State water quality statutes, regulations, standards, or <br />effluent limitations be violated. <br />
