1 <br />L <br />' 1.2 PROJECT ACTIVITIES SUBJECT TO MINED LAND RECLAMATION <br />BOARD PERMIT <br />' As presently envisioned, there are five activities which are <br />subject to permitting under the regulations of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. These are: <br />' 1. Development of a borrow area and borrow area <br /> access road along the route of the pipeline <br /> designated as "impervious borrow area A." <br /> 2. Development of borrow areas, working stockpile <br /> areas, and waste stockpile areas in the <br />' vicinity of the diversion dam and reservoir. <br /> 3. Development of a borrow area for impervious <br /> material along the route of the pipeline <br />' designated as "impervious borrow area B." <br /> 4. Development of a quarry site near Willow Creek <br />' Canal designated as "the riprap quarry." <br /> 5. Development of a borrow area near Willow Creek <br /> Reservoir to provide bedding material for the <br />' pipeline. <br /> Pursuant to discussions with Mr. James B. P4cArdle, Reclamation <br /> Specialis t, Mined Land Reclamation, separate permit applications <br />' are being submitted to the tdined Land Reclamation Board for <br /> each site . <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />' 1-4 <br />
