However, <br />if future silver concentrations should occur at higher concentrations, then the Division will <br />include limitations for potentially dissolved silver for ourfal1007 (which would be the same as <br />the sAver Umitations for autfall OOSJ. <br />In summary, the Division has reviewed the tsuo requesu for this amendment, and has <br />duermined that these two modifications are appropriate to include in this permit. Thus, Part <br />I.B.1. of the permit (page IjJ has been accordingly modhed far autfaU 005 so that self- <br />monitaring samples shall be taken in the culverts prior to the effluent flow measuring device. <br />There has been no change in the permit regarding outfal1007, since the permit language <br />does not specially indicate the contributing wastewater sources to this discharge. <br />Since the changes in this amendmem are considered sign fkant, public notice requirements <br />arc applicable. <br />Don Holmer <br />August 27, 1993 <br />
