Alxtement: EFCI sutmitted a technical revision (TR-08) addressing
the identified drainage and sediment control concerns.
Consistent with the approved plans, drainage
construction, modification, and maintenance were
corrg~leted in the field. The E/W (upper) portion of the
Shamrock diversion ditch was backfilled, graded and
seeded.
Resolution: NDV C-95-019 was terminated and a civil penalty of $1,550
was assessed. With a good faith reduction of $250, the
penalty assessment was paid.
