Scott Hendricks <br />Schmidt Construction Company <br />2635 Delta Drive <br />Colorado Springs, Colorado 80910 <br />RE: Schmidt Construction Company's "Vollmer Pit", E1 Paso County <br />File No. M-83-35 <br />Dear Mr. Hendricks: <br /> <br />a o <br />On October 23, 1985, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the <br />Transfer of Permit and Succession of Operator from Terra Construction Company <br />to Schmidt Construction Company for the above-captioned operation. <br />Schmidt Construction Company is now the permitted operator of the <br />"Vollmer Pit" and as such, is responsible for all provisions committed to in <br />the permit document, as well as those specified in the Minerals Rules and <br />Regulations. Terra Construction Company is relieved of all responsibilities <br />concerning this operation (see Mineral Rules and Regulations No. 1.7). <br />Enclosed is a Regular Operation (112) Application form. Please complete and <br />return it to our office at your earliest convenience, such that our files <br />contain pertinent administrative information. <br />As the permitted operator, there are some requirements you should be aware of <br />such that possible violation may be prevented: <br />1. Familiarity with the permit documents, especially the Mining and <br />Reclamation Plans; <br />2. Familiarity with the Minerals Rules and Regulations; <br />3.
