GMG Mine Waste Pile (Reference Map 7) <br />SWMP: Grade the waste pile leaving it slightly concave in the center to control <br />stormwater migration. Where necessary, the construction, inst~dlation and/or <br />application of contours, berms, silt fences, straw bales, water bars, fertilizatioNre- <br />vegetation will be initiated to mitigate stormwater surface erosion and stormwater <br />migration. All mitigation measures will be done on the original foot-print (affected area) <br />and in accordance with Federal and State Regulations. <br />3.2.3. Carnation Mine Waste Piles (Reference Map S) <br />SWMP: Where necessary, the construction, installation and/or application of contours, <br />berms, silt fences, straw bales, water bars, fertilizatioNre-vegetation will be initiated to <br />mitigate stormwater surface erosion and stormwater migration. On final naclamation the <br />the waste pile will be graded, leaving it slightly concave in the carder to control <br />stormwater migration.
