EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br />This plan is provided for quids response to spillage and control to hazardous or toxic chemicals, including petroleum <br />waste prodtrds. Included is the response to firs of these materials. <br />RDi.ST RESPONDER <br />1. Conrad the shop Corerrtan (emergertry coordinator) at phone extension 520 or 573; or use radio call to <br />320. <br />2. Socvre the area. [n case of fire, trse fire protection equipment to protod yourself and fellow employees.. <br />EMERGENCY COORDINATOR <br />1. Ice qse of a spill nt'haza~dous material or petroleum prodtrAs, contain the spill imm'A;atr•ty, ~~ <br />the source of relca9e and dean up the released materials and all rrsidues. Use the contai~~^t <br />mar~.:ate provided 8t the filter storage area. <br />2. In case of fire of hazardous material or petroleum products, contact the Craig Fire Department at 911. <br />3. Call out the trsctte squad if required. <br />4. Notify the Facility Emergency Coordinator, Lacy Iienderson, radio unit 143, phone 143, home phone <br />824214. Tf no answer, contact Forrest Luke, radio unit 140, phone 140, home phone 824-2871. <br />S. If required, notify Safely Eoginoer, Roy McAnally, radio number 123, phone 123, home phone 824- <br />3270.1f ra answer, contact Frank Sett; radio number 122, piano extea9on 122, home phone 824-9239. <br />6. If rogoired, notify Stan Lucien, Maintenance Superintendent, radio nttmbcr 500, phone extension 500, <br />borne phone 824-2874. <br />FACQdTY EMERGENCY COORDINATOR <br />1. Assist Emergenry Coordinator in controlling the emergenry response and cleanup of the spill and <br />disposal of wastes. <br />2. Contact Manager of Environmental Quality, Maintenance Superintendent and President -General <br />Manager. <br />3. Notify appropriate local, stau and federal emergenry response authorities as required. <br />4. Complete action as outlined in the SPCC Plan and Contingency Plan. <br />MANAGER OF ENVQtONMENTAL OIIALPCY/PRESIDENT -GENERAL MANAGER <br />1.
