Please note that the peak <br />flow rate, as shown at the top of the hyclrograp?3 is 1.306 second feet of <br />water, or 586 gallons per minute. This is within the range of our piarp. <br />I have also averaged the flow rates on all hourly basis and they are .894 <br />for the first hour; .974 for the semnd flour; .796 for the third hour; <br />a:ld declining thereaf+~r.
