EXHIBIT E - RECLAMATION PLAN
Reclamation of the site will include planting of
trees 'in three rows as recommended by United States Department
of Agriculture Soil Conservation Service in Fort Morgan.
One man made lake totaling approximately 38 acres
will be left with one island in it for wildlife refuge. Lake
will become an important nesting area for geese and ducks as
geese are already nesting in existing lake.
Planting and reclamation of shore line will be done
as soon as mining permits, trees and grass are planted on north side
of property at this time.'
