` ORDER OF APPROVA~ CONDUCT SAND AND GRAVE~ERATION IN A-2
DISTRICT BY DORN READY-MIX CORP.
TRIS MATTER, coming on before the Board of County Commissioners
- of Morgan County, Colorado, upon the application of Dorn Ready-Mix
Corp., for review an'd approval for conducting sand and gravel
operations upon the real estate described in Exhibit "A" hereto
attached and by reference herein incorporated and said Board being
fully advised in the premises, FINDS:
1. That Dorn Ready-Mix Corp. is the owner of the gremises
described in Exhibit "A" hereto attached, including all sand and
gravel situated thereon or thereunder.
2. That said lands are presently zoned A-2 Agriculture
District, pursuant to the Zoning Regulations and Zoning Maps of -
the County of Morgan, Colorado, and the use of said lands to ---
axtract sand and gravel and conduct said operations thereon is_ ___ _
permitted by the Zoning Regulations of Morgan County, Colorado, as
presently adopted.
3. That truck traffic to and from said premises in connection
with said use would not create hazards in developed residential or
tourist areas.
4. That truck traffic to and from such use shall not unduly
damage public roads.
5. That the applicant shall submit for final approval of the
Commissioners the general rehabilitation plan for said lands
prior to commencement of any operations thereon and the same shall
be implemented in accordance with said plan thereafter.

and gravel upon the real estate described in Exhibit "A" hereto
