<br />The approved Bowie No. 2 Mine permit area described above will contain 2850 acres of
<br />land, 2343 acres of private surface and 507 acres of Federal surface. Private minerals
<br />within the proposed permit area encompass 1906 acres with Federal minerals
<br />accounting for the balance of 944 acres.
<br />The proposed Bowie No. 2 Mine permit area described above will contain 2966 acres of
<br />land, 2459 acres of private surface and 507 acres of Federal surface. Private minerals
<br />within the proposed permit area encompass 2022 acres with Federal minerals
<br />accounting for the baiance of 844 acres.
