Box 771, Hayden, Colorado,) (303) 824--4451, has <br />filed with the ll Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division, an <br />application for a technical revision under provisions of the: Colorado <br />Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. This revision pertains <br />to a revised groundwater monitoring plan for the Hayden Gulch Mine. <br />The legal description of the mine is as follows: Section 30 and <br />Section 31, Township 5 Horth, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. and also E <br />1/2 Section 10, W 1/2 Section 14, E 1/2 Section 15, NE 1/4 Section 22, <br />NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 23 all in Township 6 Horth, Range 88 West of the <br />6th P.M., all in Routt County. <br />U.S.G.S. 7.5 minute quadrangle maps, Hayden Gulch, Colorado and <br />• Hayden, Colorado contain the described area of the existing <br />operation. A copy of the application is available for public <br />inspection at the Routt County Courthouse, located on Lincoln. Ave., in <br />Steamboat Springs, Colorado. <br />Written comments, objections or requests for an informal conference on <br />the application may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from the Mined Land Reclamation Division, Room 423, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203 (303 866-3567).
