II. Exhibit "C" Mining Plan.
e. At the rate your operation is envisioned to operate, Tuesday thru Saturday,
unless your waste water dischazge permit listed under Exhibit "F" covers
the probable dischazge from the ponds, or these ponds aze sized enough to
allow retention, there is a very good tikely hood the system will discharge
during a precipitation event. As noted above, please explain how you
planned to retain all the water from your operation to make it a Zero
discharge system?
Answer: It is obvious from the remarks above, that until the Turquoise
Connection can obtain a Water Use and a Water Retention Permit, all
excess water above and beyond (storm water) the "purchased water level"
will have to be returned to the intermittent stream bed. This will be an "as
required Water Discharge Operation until further permits can be
obtained".
