<br />2.03.6 Right of Entry and Operation Information <br />The applicant has obtained rights to utilization of the surface <br />and to the extraction of the mineral (coal) underlying the surface by <br />lease agreements originally obtained by Consolidated Fuels, Inc., d/b/a <br />Consolidated Energy as lessee and subsequently assigned to the Grassy <br />Creek Coal Company, a join venture. Some leases convey both surface and <br />mineral (coal) rights. The leases are identified as follows: <br />r <br />L <br />• <br />(1) "Brueggen Lease" (mineral only) dated October 12, 1977, recorded <br />in Book 442, page 654, in the office of the Routt County Clerk & Recorder <br />covering the following property located in Township 5 North, Range 87 west <br />of the 6th P.M.: <br />Section 20: SE}SE} <br />Section 21: W}SW} <br />Section 28: NW}NW} <br />/~ Section 29: NE}NE} <br />y// (2) "Mabee Lease" (surface and mineral) dated January 5, 1978, and <br />~v_V( recorded in Book 448, page 454, in the office of the Routt County Clerk & <br />Recorder covering the following property located in Township 5 North, Range <br />87 West of the 6th P.M.: <br />Section 20: 54NE}, N~iSE}, E~jSW}, SW}E}, SE}NW} <br />(3) "Long Lease" (mineral only) dated May 31, 1976, and recorded in <br />Book 424 at page 09 of the office of the Routt County Clerk & Recorder <br />covering the following property situated in Township 5 North, Range 87 <br />West of the 6th P.M.: <br />Section 29: SW}SW} <br />Section 31: E4NE} <br />Section 32: Lots 2,3,4,6,7, NW}; W~iNE} <br />Said Coal Lease was amended by Agreement and Amendment of Coal Lease, <br />dated May 1, 1980, between Consolidated Energy, a Colorado partnership, as <br />lessee, and Glenn A.
