2.03.6 Right of Entry and Operation Information
The applicant has obtained rights to utilization of the surface
and to the extraction of the mineral (coal) underlying the surface by
lease agreements originally obtained by Consolidated Fuels, Inc., d/b/a
Consolidated Energy as lessee and subsequently assigned to the Grassy
Creek Coal Company, a join venture. Some leases convey both surface and
mineral (coal) rights. The leases are identified as follows:
