Trenching <br />machine was down all morning. Excavated material is being stockpiled beyond <br />downstream toe of dam. Energy Fuels surveyors are setting up alignment for <br />outlet pipe. Compaction tests were taken as indicated above. Results from <br />field density test indicate satisfactory compaction and adequate moisture. <br />John Gates was informed of test results as well as contractor. <br />~ • <br />Equipment on the site consisted of one 627 Caterpillar self-propelled sheeps- <br />foot roller; three 62.7 Caterpillar push pull scrapers, one D-8, two D-6, one <br />TC-25 and one trenching machine. <br />• Copies to: <br />u. ~~- <br />Signed <br />Robert U.
