LABORATORY ANALYSIS <br />The Fund will reimburse actual laboratory charges no[ to exceed the rates shown in the following chart. <br />These rates include all supplies, sample handling, and disposal fees. <br />4-6-2. INVOICES <br />Invoices for laboratory analysis must be provided, regardless of the invoice amount. <br />4-6-3. RUSH CHARGES <br />Rush charges up to an additional 100% of a laboratory analysis rate that does not exceed these G/zidelines <br />will be reimbursed if justified economically by reducing overall remediation costs or if incurred because of <br />emergency health or environmental issues. "Rush" means performing the analysis by the next laboratory <br />working day. <br />4-6-4.
