The evaluation was performed following the outline of the <br />Streeter Gulch Pond evaluation submitted to you in March 2002. The objective of this exercise <br />was to evaluate compliance of the Work Area Pond with Section 4.05.9 of the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology regulations. <br />This submittal includes the following attachments. <br />Reclamation Blocks Work Area Pond, 002A. This drawing depicts the post-mining <br />topography on which the pond evaluation was based, the Work Area watershed <br />outline and the reclamation blocks by year from \vhich the worst-case drainage <br />scenario was developed. State Highway 13 and Good Spring Creek are also <br />indicated. <br />2. Sedimentation Pond Redesign Work Area Pond, OID2A- This drawing depicts the <br />post-mining topography and the SEDCAD 4 watershed! dissection. <br />3. Pond Footprints Work Area Pond, 002A. There are no post mining ponds in the <br />Work Area Pond watershed.
