East Taylor Pond, Ol O.A <br />Dear Mr. Scott: <br />WWC Engineering (WWC} has performed an evaluation of the East Taylor Pond at the <br />request of Colowyo Coal Company. The evaluation was performed following the outline of the <br />- Streeter Gulch Pond evaluation submitted to you in March 2002. The objective of this exercise <br />was to evaluate compliance of the East Taylor Pond with Section 4.05.9 of the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology regulations. <br />This submittal includes the following attachments. <br />• <br />l l--mail <br />Reclamation Blocks East Taylor Pond, OlOA. This drawing depicts the post- <br />mining topography on which the pond evaluation was based, the East Taylor <br />watershed outline and the reclamation blocks by year from which the worst-case <br />drainage scenario was developed. State Highway 13 and Good Spring Creek are also <br />indicated. <br />2. Sedimentation Pond Redesign East Taylor Pond, OlOA. This dra\ving depicts the <br />post-mining topography and the SEDCAD 4 watershed dissection. <br />3. Pond Footprints East Taylor Pond, OlOA. There are no post mining ponds in the <br />East Taylor Pond watershed. <br />4. East Taylor Pond, O]OA As-Built.
