OOSA <br />Dear Mr. Scott: <br />WWC Engineering (WWC) has performed an evaluation of the Stoker Pond at the <br />request of Colowyo Coal Company. The evaluation was performed following the outline of the <br />Streeter Gulch Pond evaluation submitted to you in March 2002. The objective of this exercise <br />was to evaluate compliance of the Stoker Pond with Section 4.(15.9 of the Division of Minerals <br />and Geology regulations. <br />This submittal inchtdes the following attachments. <br /> <br />I. Reclamation Blocks Stoker Pond, OOSA. This drawing depicts the post-mining <br />topography on which the pond evaluation was based. the Stoker watershed outline <br />and the reclamation blocks by year from which the worst-case drainaee scenario was <br />developed. State Highway 13 and Good Spring Creek are also indicated. <br />2. Sedimentation Pond Redesign Stoker Pond, OO~A. This drawing depicts the post- <br />mining topography and the SEDCAD 4 watershed dissection. <br />3. Pond Footprints Stoker Pond, OO~A. There v'e no post mining ponds in the Stoker <br />Pond watershed. <br />4. Stoker Pond, OO~A .As-Built.
