To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is being sent to you at the request of the Pre-heazing Conference Officer in the
above-referenced matter.
Following the Pre-hearing Conference to be held in this matter on June 14, 1999, the Pre-
hearing Conference Officer will provide the parties with aPre-hearing Conference Order.
Pursuant to Rules 2.7.1{2)(d) and {e) of the Construction Material Rules and Regulations, the
Pre-hearing Conference Order must include a "list of each party's witnesses" and a "list of
each party's exhibits of documents to be used as evidence" at the final hearing.
