It is our intent to furnish the <br />$5,000 bond in lieu of reclamation costs. Moody Insurance Agency of Denver <br />is our bonding agent and may have the bond to your office before the board <br />meeting. <br />The proof of publication notice was mailed to your office along with <br />copies of notification of adjacent land owners.
