Tejon St., Suite <br />P. 0. sox 2679 <br />Colorado Springs, Colo. <br />Dear Mr. Balaz: <br /> <br />?pil d 1988 <br />kt~t., L~ <br />January 2, 1988 <br />800 <br />80901-2679 <br />As per my letter to and answer from CMLRD and my <br />telephone conversation with you last Wednesday Dec. 30th, I <br />am writing this letter. <br />The bridge or culvert that is now in place, across <br />Hubbard Creek, on the Blue Ribbon property is in the same <br />location that we have always maintained a bridge over the <br />years. <br />There has always been a bridge and road used as a <br />livestock crossing to reach our fee and BLM grazing acreages <br />which lays on both side s, of the Hubbard Creek canyon. <br />If possible we would like to preserve this crossing <br />for our future mining plans and livestock crossing. <br />Any attention or help from you that might aid in pre- <br />serving the bridge or culvert from the present reclamation <br />work would be greatly appreciat~l. <br />Sincerely, <br />G.
