Mitchell: <br />Upon reviewing your application for a Mining &.Reclamation Permit, received <br />October O1, 1990, we have determined that it is incomplete under the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Act (C.R.S. 34-32-101, et seq.), and the associated <br />regulations. -"- <br />The following items must be submitted in order for the application to be <br />considered complete (Rule 1,1(10) of the Rules and Regulations of the Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board, as amended, effective July, 1978): <br />Exhibit A: Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land, specify the <br />acreage of affected land and be adequate for field location of the <br />property. It should be a description by reference to thownship, range, <br />and section, to at lease the nearest quarter-quarter section. A metes <br />and bounds survey description is also acceptable. Where applicable, the <br />street address or lot number(s) may be used. This information is <br />available from the County Assessor's Office or maps from the U.S. <br />Geological Survey (USGS). <br />Rule 3.2 (1)(f) and C.R.S. 34-32-110(1 )(a)((V): A map showing information <br />sufficient to determine the location of the affected land on the ground <br />and existing and proposed roads or access routes to be used in connection <br />with the mining operation, <br />Exhibit E Maps: Should note any section corners adjacent to the proposed <br />opera ion. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />Sincerely, ~ /~- <br />c/// / <br />St en G.
