Water Applications, Case Nos. 97-CW-77, 00-CW-166, 00-CW-72, O1-CW- <br />48, O1-CW-263, O1-CW-265, 02-CW-172, 02-CW-200, 02-CW-265, 02-CW-269, 02-CW-270. <br />Town of Merino <br />Leaf is developing a plan for augmentation for the Town of Merino's alluvial wells. <br />Town of Milliken <br />Leaf provides continuing advice all matters related to water resources, water rights and water use <br />within the town. Leaf has prepared an engineering evaluation of the historic use associated with <br />the town's agricultural water rights and has developed a plan for augmentation for the town's <br />new potable alluvial well using these agricultural water rights. Case No. 02C W43, 02C W339. <br />Hall-Irwin Construction Comoany <br />Leaf provides continued advice and service for Hall-Irwin Construction Company on all water <br />related matters. These services include the preparation and administration of Temporary <br />Substitute Supply Plans, Change of Use reports and water demands for proposed subdivisions. <br />Case No. OOCW83, O1CW255. <br />Town of Pierce <br />Leaf estimated the historic depletions attributed to the towns irrigation wells. In addition, Leaf <br />provides technical evidence regazding the well depletions and augmentation coverage for the <br />town wells. <br />Lower South Platte Water Conservancy District <br />Leaf estimated the historic depletions from 67 wells near Ovid and Julesburg Colorado. Leaf <br />prepared engineering documentation for an ongoing Plan for Augmentation Water Court <br />application in Division I, Case No. 02-CW-320. Leaf recommends replacement water, both <br />senior water rights and developed water rights, for the District's Plan for Augmentation. <br />Bijou Irrigation District <br />Leaf prepared a hydrologic evaluation of the storm runoff into the District's Empire Reservoir. <br />Leaf has been the principal investigator for design alternatives to safely maintain the design flow <br />inflow into the reservoir that Leaf estimated.
