M-2003-016 <br />COMES NOW the objectors Aquatic and Wetland Company, Robert and Lavenia <br />Temmer and Neil and Laura Coyle, by and through their attorneys, Lind, Lawrence & <br />Ottenhoff, LLP, P. Andrew Jones, and respectfully submits the following as their <br />Witness List and Exhibit List: <br />I. WITNESSES <br />1. Forrest Leaf Forrest Leaf, P.E., Leaf Engineering, Inc., 2607 W. 10th St. #A, <br />Greeley, CO 80634; (970) 351-0210. Mr. Leaf will testify as an expert in <br />groundwater hydrology with regard to impact of the applicant's plan on local <br />hydrological balance and the effectiveness of the applicant's proposed mitigation <br />plan. His resume is attached hereto as Exhibit "A." <br />2. Laura Coyle, 9046 WCR 25, Fort Lupton, CO 80621; (303) 857-2482. Ms. Coyle <br />will testify as to the potential impact of the proposed mining plan on her property. <br />Her testimony may touch upon each of the seven issues listed in the prehearing <br />order. <br />3. Lavenia Temmer, 10691 WCR 25, Fort Lupton, CO 80621; (303)857-4384. Ms. <br />Temmer will testify as to the potential impact of the proposed mining plan on her <br />property. Her testimony may touch upon each of the seven issues listed in the <br />prehearing order. <br />4. Jay Windell, Aqua±ic and Wetland Company, 9999 WCR 25, Fort Lupton, CO <br />80621; (303) 857-1203. Mr. Windell will testify as to the potential impact of the <br />proposed mining plan on property owned by Aquatic and Wetland Company. His <br />testimony in this regard may touch upon each of the seven issues listed in the <br />prehearing order. In addition, Mr. Windell will testify as an expert in wildlife <br />biology and wetlands issues as to the potential for the existence of endangered <br />or threatened species in the permitted mining area, and as to the probable affect <br />of mining activity on wildlife populations in and near the mining area. <br />5.
