The gravel will be hauled in a northerly direction
to U. S. Highway 50. The immediate landowner is the
applicant.
EXHIBIT D: Wildlife: The excavation resulting from the removal of
gravel will be filled with ground water, and vegetation
will grow around the edge. This will create a sanctuary
for wildlife and especially for ducks and geese as they pass
through this area. It will also create a pond for use as
a fish procreation area, adjacent to Tomichi Creek.
Slater Resources: This will have no affect on water resources.
Vegetation: The only vegetation affected is sagebrush with
some weeds, grass and reeds not conducive for grazing purposes.
Soil Information: This is a gravel bed with very little other
soil.
EXHIBIT E: Reclamation Plan: When the gravel has been removed, the
applicant will use the pond created thereby for a wildlife
refuge and for fish procreation.
EXHIBIT F: Proof of Government Approval: See attached.
EXHIBIT G: See copy of deed attached hereto.
EXHIBIT H: Reclamation Costs: No reclamation costs are expected to be
expended, as this will form a natural pond for the above
purposes and grass, willows, and other natural vegetation
surrounding the pond will be left intact from this operation.
EXHIBIT I: Terms of Governmental Contract: Not applicable.
