proposed underground mine workings, for each phase of
mining and over tre total life of the permit.
The anticipated number of acres of surface lands to be
disturbed by the Bear Mine, is 19.3 acres. Refer to
the Existing Land Use Map, 2.04.3(2)(a). Rear Coal
Company, Inc. does not anticipate any future disturbances
of the surface lands.
The Operation Plan Map, 2.05.2(1)-1, illustrates the mining
' projected for the Bear Mine within the permit term.
As fully described in the Operation Plan. Permit Area,
' Section 2.05.3, the Bear Mine is planning to mine
200,000 to 250,000 tons per year with a horizontal extent
' of 36 to 42 acres per year.
' (3) Surface or underground mining activities in excess
of 5 years.
' Plans are not complete, The Division will be contacted
as soon as plans are completed.
