<br />on August 3, 1978, considered by the Referee on .v .~,~,
<br />1978, the Applicant appearing by .its counsel, Theodore E. Worceste
<br />Esq, of Dawson, Nagel, Sherman b Horaard; and the Objectors,
<br />the Colorado River Water Conservation District, by its
<br />attorney Scott Balcomb, Esq. of Delaney & Balcomb, and
<br />Atlantic Richfield Company, by its attorney Charles hi. Elliott,
<br />Esq. of Holland b Bart, and the Referee having considered
<br />the proposed Ruling of the Water Referee as stipulated to by
<br />the parties hereto, and being fully and sufficiently advised
