All <br />water has been used on the mine roads and on the valley leach facility ("VLF") roads within the <br />permit boundary. <br />This report covers the period from October 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001. Pond No. 4A <br />usage was 1,817,000 gallons. There was no water used from Pond No. 4C or Pond No. 6 during <br />the fourth quarter.
