Effluent Limitations <br />In developing suitable effluent limitations, the Division must revi~e:w <br />al.l applicable standards and regulations and apply that which is more <br />stringent. This review includes, but is not limited to, the water <br />quality standard based effluent limitations, federal guidelines and <br />sraadarda (40 CFR Subchapter N) and State Effluent Regulations <br />(:L0.1.0). Such a review has been done far this facility.
