Effluent Limitations (Cont.) c) Discharge points 001, 008, 010, 012, 013, 014 Any discharge or increase is the volume of a discharge caused by precipitation within any 24-hour period less than or equal to the 10-year, 24-hour precipitation event (or snowmelt of equivalent vo ume may comp y wit t e fol owing limitations subject to burden of proof requirements described in Part I.A.2. The pH range of 6.5-9.0 s.u. shall apply at all other times c/. 011 and grease shall not exceed 10 mg/1 c/ in any grab sample nor shall there be a visible sheen f/. Burden of Proof Requirements - 001, 008, 010, 012, 013, 014 The permittee shall have the burden of proof when requesting relief from total suspended solids (TS S), total Iron and/or settleable solids limitations.
