The Division conducted a
mid-term review of Permit G80-003 in August 1999 and requested that the permit be updated to
reflect the current conditions. HGCC is submitting the following technical revision in response to
the deficiency comments listed in the Midterm Review letter dated August 11, 1999. These
deficiency comments are solely a result of the recent Phase II/III partial bond release. It should
be noted that HGCC previously estimated that 6.8 acres would be contained widlin the "new"
permit boundary, however HGCC recently had the four (4) remaining parcels surveyed and it was
determined chat there are 8.9 acres contained within the "new' permit boundary.
Responses to each of the comments and requests are provided below and are numbered
accordingly. Enclosed you will find tlaree (3) copies of this Technical Revision (I'R-68) which is
intended to be included in the bevrnnin~ of the original permit document as an Introductory
Supplement/LJpdate and will serve as the updated 1999 Permit Application Package.
