We hope to have this agreement by the end of Mazch. We also have come to an <br />impass with Kaneb pipeline company where they are requiring 50 ft setback from centerline <br />of pipe and 3:1 slopes, they also want a Right of Way dedication to be performed at <br />Coulson's cost. Coulson will not agree to this.
