WELL 2B-3C PLUG & ABANDONMENT <br />2 August 2004 <br />Rig up work over rig. Pull 17 joints 3-1/2 inch flush joint tubing and lay down on trailer <br />Move trailer to yard. Spot trailer of 2-3/8 tubing. <br />Shut down for evening. <br />3 August 2004 <br />Pickup 2-3/8 tubing and trip 5 inch cast iron bridge plug (CIBP) into well. Tagged solid @ 1860 <br />feet. Could not go any deeper. Pull out of well. Remove running tools. Start rigging up pump, <br />tank and power swivel to clean out well. <br />4 August 2004 <br />Pickup 4-1/2 inch bit and bit sub. Run in well. Tag @ 1865 feet. Rig up power swivel, tank, and <br />pump. Clean out to 1929. Never did see returns to surface. Tubing started to bounce up and down <br />Could not get any deeper. Not making any more hole. Tripped out and in 60 feet several times. <br />Always tagged solid @ 1929 feet. Pull out of well. Lay down power swivel. Run in well with <br />CIBP to 1925 feet. Set C1BP. Could not get tool to release from CIBP. Worked several times. <br />Shut well down for evening. <br />5 August 2004 <br />Could not unlatch from set CIBP. Rigged up electric line to cut tubing. Ran 1-11/16 gauge ring in <br />well. Stacked out @ 815. Ran 1.55 inchjet cutter to 1918. Cut tubing @ 1902 feet. Rigged down <br />electric line unit. Shut down for evening. <br />6 August 2004 <br />Rigged up Big 4 cement company on well. Could not get circulation to surface on well. Pumped <br />25 sacks of 15.8# cement w/ calcium chloride into well. Pulled 6 stands (360 feet) of pipe from <br />well and stood back in derrick. Waited two hours for cement to hazden and set up. Went back in <br />and tagged cement @ 1860 feet. 65 feet of 15.8# cement on top of CIBP. Pumped 90 sacks of <br />12.6# cement on top of cement plug. Pumped only %: barrel flush water in tubing. Pull out of well <br />with tubing and allow cement in well to harden. <br />9 August 2004 <br />Run tubing in well and tag cement @ 1828 feet. Raise tubing 10 feet. Fill well and establish <br />circulation in tubing and casing. Pump well full of 12.7# cement to surface. Pull tubing from well, <br />laying down on trailer. Allow cement to set. Will fill tubing displacement with grout from <br />surface and install dry hole mazker after all P&A wells are done.(Batch grout) <br />24 September 2004 <br />Grout well to surface. Install dry hole marker. <br />
