Carla Lenkey <br />RE: WET Test Failure at Discharge Point 005, Permit No. CO-0000221 <br />Dear Ms. Lenkey, <br />Per our conversation today, this letter serves to notify your <br />Division that Seneca Coal Company will perform a Salinity Toxicity <br />=lationship (STR) test on the above referenced discharge point in <br />order to determine the cause of the WET test failure noted in the <br />July 17 letter to you.
