Camany <br />Division Director <br />Natual Resource Trustee <br />The Division received RAG Empire Corporation's Dischazge Monitoring Reports (D1v1Rs), for third <br />quarter 2006, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment CDPS permit no. CO-0034142, on <br />November 1, 2006. RAG-EC provided an electronically generated DMR for third quarter 2006. <br />~nly two outfalls, 003A and 022A, dischazged during third quarter 2006. A DMR printout was submitted <br />r outfa11022A. None of the reported pazameters were found to be outside of CPDS permit limits for <br />outfall 022A. No report was provided for outfa11003A. Please provide a copy of the third quarter 2006 <br />DMR for outfall 003A.
