Denver, Colorado 80203 RE: PERMIT C-81-071. 1996 LIVESTOCK WATER TANK REPORT Dear Ms. Binns: Please find enclosed duplicate copies of the 1996 Livestock Water Tank Report for Permit No. C-81-071. The report consists of a tabular summary of the tanks and an updated location map. Field changes during 1996 include the removal of pond OSP-c last fall. Several additional minor changes to the map for this year's report were completed including correcting locations for ponds 31-h, 51-b, and 7-g and adding pond 26-b. Table changes relative to the May 1994 submittal include pond BR-b indicated inside the permit boundary; pond BR-d indicated as constructed; pond 2a indicated as constructed; pond 51-b indicated as constructed; pond 51 W-a indicated as constructed; pond 51 W-b indicated as constructed; pond 26-d added to the table with Area 26. Reclamation. Inside. and Constructed; pond 9/10-e indicated as being replaced b~~ 7g; 9/10-f indicated as constructed; 7-e indicated as constructed; pond 31-c indicated in bond released reclamation; pond 31-g indicated in bond released reclamation; pond OSP-c indicated in bond released reclamation and removed; pond 41-b indicated as constructed; pond 41-e indicated as proposed; and pond U-g indicated as pre-existing.
