Kirkland to conduct an <br />extraction of construction materials mining operations at the Two <br />Rivers Pit, near Boone, Pueblo County, Colorado, CDMG File No.M- <br />98-010, (Corps of Engineers Action No. 1998 30030). <br />On February 11, 1998, I made an on-site visit of the proposed <br />pit. The project is not regulated under the provisions of <br />Section 404 of the Clean Water Act and a Department of the Army <br />permit will not be required.
